Soccer Field Rentals

YOUTH WINTER SOCCER

The Morton Park District is offering youth and adult indoor soccer at the Recreation Center located at 324 Detroit Ave. Registration begins MONDAY, JANUARY 30 - FRIDAY , FEBRUARY 10, 2012 at the Park office (349 W. Birchwood) during office hours Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - Noon and 1:00 - 5:00 pm. Enrollment is limited and registration will continue as long as openings exist. Coaches are needed for league play, please consider working with your child's age group. Draft day for coaches is on Wednesday, February 15, 2012. (Limit of 2 coaches per team).

Team fees are due at time of registration. Completed rosters and waivers are due before the first game.

Shin Guards Required. Soccer cleats are recommended and only molded cleats allowed. No Metal Cleats or V-tips allowed.

Preschool Soccer League
The Preschool Spring Soccer League for children not yet in kindergarten. This session the children will play "cross-court" games in a fun, non-competitive environment. Teams will play four 7-minute periods. Coaches are needed for league play. Draft day for coaches is on Wednesday, February 15, 2012.

The Preschool Soccer Clinic is led by Holly Olden.

The Zoo League
The Zoo League is a developmental league for children who will play "cross-court" games in a fun, non-competitive environment. Teams will play four 8-minute periods. Coaches are needed for league play. Draft day for coaches is on Wednesday, February 15, 2012.

The Zoo League is led by Holly Olden.

Youth League - (Organized by Ross Hovind & Holly Olden)
Youth league participants will play at least one half of each game. Coaches are needed for league play. Please consider working with the players in your child's age group. Draft day for coaches is on Wednesday, February 15, 2012.

Those wishing to register as a traveling team may do so and will be pooled together with other "traveling teams". Travel team fees are $30 per resident and $40 per nonresident, not to exceed $400.00 per team. All travel team participants must be on the team roster with a signed participant waiver. Youth Travel games are on Fridays or Sundays. Community based teams (those formed through the drafting process) will not play against traveling teams. Space is limited and registration will continue as long as openings exist.

High School Soccer
The High School League has teams for boys and require an adult who is 21 years or older to coach or supervise at their bench each game. No player fees are assessed with team fees. Enrollment is limited and registration will continue as long as openings exist.

Adult League Soccer

The Adult Leagues are offered for Men and Co-ed Leagues. (Coed teams must have on the field 3 women/3 men & a goalie.) No player fees are assessed with team fees. Participants must be over 18 years of age AND out of high school to play in the adult league teams.

Adult Open Soccer

Adult Open Soccer is an informal play for men and women (high school - adult) where you call your own fouls and teams are selected each week from the players attending. No foods, drinks, or gum of any kind allowed on the Fieldturf indoor soccer field.

Soccer Field Rentals

Soccer Field Rentals are available for $75.00 per hour of use during non-scheduled activities time. Times will vary with scheduled usage. On weekdays the indoor soccer field is a great place for an after school activity or party until 5:30pm.
